Open it on the day it peaks.
Single origins, roasted and rested, each labelled with the day it peaks and the recipe we tuned it with.
On the roaster now

Not sure which? Brew all three.
The Field Set is Ethiopia, Kenya and Colombia in one box, with a card for brewing them side by side. Twenty minutes, three cups, and you'll know which bag to buy next.
Fresh is the wrong promise. Coffee is best after it rests.
Straight off the roaster it's full of gas and tastes muted. So every Fieldmark bag prints the day it peaks and the recipe we tuned it with.

Brew it the way we did
Every bag prints the recipe we tuned it with. Here's the Colombia, start to finish.
Weigh 16 g, grind medium-fine
About the coarseness of sea salt. Grind it the minute you brew.
Bloom with 40 g of water
At 93 °C, just enough to wet the grounds. Wait 30 seconds while the gas escapes.
Pour to 250 g, done by 3:00
Slow circles, keeping the bed level. If it runs long, grind a little coarser next time.

The roaster's pick, at its peak
Each Standing Order ships the single origin on our roaster that's nearest its peak that week, with its origin card. $20 a bag, less than any bag bought on its own.
